1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Pre-orders, limited editions, or custom items may have longer processing times; we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
- United States (including P.O. boxes, APO/FPO)
- Most countries worldwide (international shipping)
3. U.S. Shipping Rates & Times
- Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders over $50.
- Standard shipping (3–7 business days): Calculated at checkout.
- Expedited shipping options available at an additional cost.
4. International Shipping
- Rates and delivery times vary by country, calculated at checkout.
- Buyer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country.
- International orders may experience delays due to customs processing beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
6. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
- Report lost or damaged items within 7 days of delivery.
- Keep all original packaging and photos for claims.
- We will assist with carrier investigations; replacements or refunds are issued at our discretion after review.
7. Address Changes
Requests to modify shipping addresses must be made before the order ships. Once shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.
